The Enoden Train Line is one of the most famous in Japan among not only trainspotters but tourists, too.
The rail crossing at Kamakura Kokomae was made famous through various anime such as "Slam Dunk", Aoi hana (Manga / Amine)
Tsuritama (Anime), TARI TARI (Anime) Hanayamata (Manga / Anime) Umimachi Diary (Manga / Movie) and in the promotion videos of some musicians.
Another recent episode on the line catapulted a different section of the route to fame. Enoden Jitensha Niki (江ノ電自転車ニã‚) is the nickname given to a man from New York, Dylan Patrick, owner of Home Taco Bar, Koshigoe, Kamakura, who was the cause of a commotion over the filming of a train that occurred along the Enoshima Electric Railway line (Enoden)just outside Enoshima Station, on 5 August 2021.

Walk along the coast taking in beautiful views of the sea and Enoshima Island.

Lunch at the now famous Home Taco Bar

Walk from Home taco bar along the street alongside the Enoden to Ryukoji Temple

Visit the famous Enoden Japanese Sweet Shop to pick up some goodies.

Continue to Enoshima Station to take pictures before either continuing the tour over to Enoshima Island or finish by taking a wander down Subana Dori to see the sea and check out the beach bars.
